United StatesI've been using this Fermented Rice Water Serum for quite a while now as part of my morning routine. I just recently ran out and ordered 2 more. I just opened one this morning and found to my disappointment that the product has changed completely. The original product used to be a milky white serum. After the original was applied, I felt like it was completely absorbed by my skin. Now, it has become a completely clear watery gel that feels way more slippery than the original. After applying it, I did not like the feeling it left on my skin; like a layer of residue was left. I checked the back and the first 2 ingredients are Aloe water and glycerin. I feel like it is 99% aloe/glycerin and nothing like the product used to be. Did the original contain glycerin? I wish I had kept the old product to compare ingredients. But who knew the formula would completely change? I really hate when companies completely change ingredients/formulas and still sell it as the same product when it's not. They need to change the name of this because in my opinion, it is no longer Fermented Rice Water Serum; more like overpriced Aloe Glycerin. I will not be purchasing this again. I have been using 100% Pure products for years and this is my very first negative review. This purchase has just greatly disappointed me. I have noticed slight differences in the products I use regularly but this is the one that shocked me by how different it has become. I'm now questioning if the other products I use have changed even more for the worse and if I need to find a new company to buy from.
